Founder Chandra Sekhar Kalle is the Founder of the organization, bringing together expertise in parliamentary research, public policy, political strategy, governance, and social development. With hands-on experience in political campaigns, legislative research, and public affairs, he has worked closely with elected representatives and policy institutions to strengthen democratic governance and citizen engagement. Currently serving as a Student Researcher at the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS), New Delhi, Chandra Sekhar has also worked as a Campaign Associate and Research Assistant in the Office of a Member of Parliament, where he contributed to policy research, constituency development, political communication, and campaign management. His experience has provided him with practical insights into electoral dynamics, governance, and public administration. Academically, he holds a Master's Degree in Political Science & Public Administration from Sri Venkateswara University, complemented by a strong foundation in History, Economics, and Political Science. His interdisciplinary background enables him to approach governance, public policy, and political research with analytical depth and practical understanding.
