Kireeti Sagar serves as the Legal Director of the organization, bringing together expertise in law,
economics, public policy, governance, and regulatory affairs. He holds an Integrated Master of
Science (M.Sc.) in Economics from Pondicherry Central University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Investment Management (PGDIM), and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Osmania University. He has also successfully completed specialized certification courses in Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies conducted by the Institute of Constitutional and Parliamentary Studies (ICPS), New Delhi, along with professional programmes and workshops on parliamentary practices and constitutional governance. His multidisciplinary academic foundation enables him to provide strategic legal advice by integrating legal,
economic, commercial, and policy perspectives.
Kireeti currently practices before the High Courts of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, various
tribunals, quasi-judicial authorities, and subordinate courts. His areas of practice include
Constitutional Law, Civil Law, Criminal Law, Corporate and Commercial Law, Company Law,
Family Law, Labour and Service Law, Property Law, Banking and Financial Laws, Consumer
Protection, Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution, Contract Law, Election Laws,
Regulatory Compliance, Administrative Law, Public Interest Litigation, and White-Collar Crime.
His professional responsibilities include legal research, statutory interpretation, drafting writ
petitions, appeals, agreements, contracts, legal opinions, due diligence reports, compliance documentation, and policy papers, while advising clients on litigation strategy, governance, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution.
Before entering full-time legal practice, Kireeti completed a Judicial Internship at the Chambers
of Hon'ble Justice C.T. Ravi Kumar, Supreme Court of India, where he gained valuable
exposure to constitutional litigation, judicial reasoning, legal research, case analysis, and court
procedures. He further enhanced his practical legal skills through professional training under
distinguished senior advocates and reputed law offices. Earlier, he served as a Welfare and
Development Secretary with the Government of Andhra Pradesh, where he worked extensively
in public administration, implementation of welfare legislation, grievance redressal, statutory
compliance, field inspections, and coordination with multiple government departments. This
administrative experience enables him to effectively advise clients on matters involving
government authorities, regulatory agencies, and public institutions.
Under his leadership, the legal division is supported by a multidisciplinary team of advocates,
legal researchers, policy professionals, and consultants with extensive experience across
diverse areas of law. The team includes advocates with substantial litigation experience before
High Courts and tribunals, Judicial Law Clerks from various High Courts, Law
Clerk-cum-Research Associates who have served at the Supreme Court of India, and legal
consultants with experience in different Ministries of the Government of India. Together, they
provide integrated legal services covering litigation, corporate advisory, regulatory compliance,
policy analysis, contract management, intellectual property, commercial transactions, taxation,
infrastructure, arbitration, and governance, ensuring practical, research-driven, and
client-focused legal solutions.
